An invoice is a statement showing all transactions for a User’s Rides and is different from a receipt as it shows a breakdown of the price paid including the VAT amount for each ride.
To request invoices for your rides in Europe, reach out to us via the Help section of the app.
Currently, we are not able to issue invoices for rides outside of Europe.
